Denise Moses - Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Denise has been a successful corporate leader in training for over 25 years. In 2011, she combined her extensive experience in the healthcare and technology industries to co-launch SIMatry, LLC, a medical simulation and training company specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. Her vision and leadership have resulted in new, cutting-edge and highly successful technologies. She was the pioneer who successfully integrated the Visible Human® project with physical, tactile and realistic anatomy. Denise also remains active in other corporate projects and productions as an agency consultant and executive training producer.
Denise’s passion for teaching, training, connecting, and successful outcomes is evident in her management style of learning the entire landscape, yet still attending to each individual’s needs. Denise designs industry standard-setting programs sought by companies looking for innovative tools reflective of the times. She’s helped to train tens-of-thousands of health care providers and pharmaceutical and medical device representatives, greatly increased ROI and brand loyalty for clients, and most importantly, improved care for patients worldwide. Denise has insight and strong relationships at all levels, giving her the ability to work transparently with minimal client effort.

Denise has a love of learning, the history and industry of medicine, anatomy, psychology and personal development, dogs, empowering women, dance, philanthropy, new technologies, and ensuring that the next generations have the tools they need to navigate the ever-changing world safely. She lives in CT with her partner, Matt, and their 3 rescue dogs. The accomplishment Denise is most proud of is her part as a single mom in raising her adult daughter, Jacki.
Suzanna Cramer - Founder, Chief Learning Officer
Suzanna has spent more than 20 years working in the pharmaceutical commercial sales training space. She has developed meeting curricula and related deliverables for product launches, national sales meetings, and foundational training. Her experience developing training programs spans many disease states, therapies, medical devices, and managed care/market access.
Helping patients is the main reason Suzanna works in this industry and in sales training. After losing her mother to cancer at a relatively young age, and guiding her husband through his own cancer treatments, she feels that all aspects of pharma sales training must include a focus on the patient.
Suzanna incorporates her past experience as a professional improvisation performer and instructor to infuse creativity and energizing activities into meeting and workshop design. She is also an award-winning playwright.
Suzanna lives in the Hudson Valley and is married to Michael, a visual artist. She has two children who are talented musicians and actively volunteer for the community. She also has a rescue dog who is a big part of the family. Suzanna is an active volunteer for the Friends of the Woodstock Library and past co-chair of the clothing rummage sale for the annual Library Fair.
Suzanna has a BA from the University of New Hampshire and an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College.
Micky Faust - Chief Executive Officer
Micky started his career as a filmmaker upon graduation from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. His work included directing television commercials for brands such as Citibank, Polo Ralph Lauren, Minolta and ABC Television. In 1998, Micky founded AlphaMedica, Inc and followed that with the creation of RxPerience, LLC in 2001. Serving as Chairman and CEO of the two companies, Micky built them into the third largest independent MedComm/MedAd agency group in the United States. In 2007, having achieved in excess of $32,000,000 in sales annually and with over one hundred associates in the US and Europe, Micky sold his interest. In 2012, Micky founded Simatry with his partner, Denise Moses. Serving as President and CEO Micky has supported the creation of numerous highly innovative, tactile medical simulators along with a network to maintain and distribute them throughout North America, Australia and Europe. In 2015, Micky founded The Jolt Agency and merged it two years later with The Shoppe. Micky serves as CEO and Executive Producer of this thriving live event production company/creative agency that specializes in large scale meetings for the Pharmaceutical Industry. Micky also currently teaches Boot Camp (part-time) at Life Time Athletic and enjoys the hours he gets to spend with the 80 to 100 type “A’s” who show up every week to experience some “tough love”.
Mark Pressman - Executive Creative Director
Mark Pressman began his career in film and television, first as a Director of Creative Affairs for a renowned film producer and then as a story editor and writer for non-fiction programming for numerous series that aired on The History Channel, Discovery, and A&E.
Eventually, Mark transitioned into copywriting and video directing for the agency AlphaMedica where he worked on accounts for most of the major pharmaceutical companies, including Allergen, Pfizer, and Sanofi-Aventis. As Creative Director at AlphaMedica, Mark acquired over a decade’s experience leading the creative for sales training, meetings & conferences, videos, apps, websites, and workshops.
Mark then joined forces with Michael Faust and Giancarlo Lisanti to start up The Shoppe, a new creative production agency for corporate meetings, product launches, awards trips, and sales training. Additionally, The Shoppe led the way with 3D virtual worlds during the pandemic and continues to seek innovative learning channels.
Pharma clients have included Ferring, Pacira, Currax, Alcon, Bayer, Novartis, and Nestles Health, as well as non-Pharma clients Bic, Nestles Waters, Wonderful, Spartan Nash.
Jonathan James Cramer - Head of Marketing
Jonathan holds an MA in English literature and has worked in sales and marketing for over 20 years. Transitioning from teaching during the dot-com boom, Jonathan ventured into translation, editing, and tech writing before expanding into leadership roles in sales and marketing.
As a seasoned professional in the tech industry, Jonathan has overseen sales and marketing programs for prominent organizations like Dun & Bradstreet, Tangoe, SciMedMedia, and ActiveWorx.
As Head of Marketin, Jonathan drives the vision, strategy, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive new business. He focuses on marketing outreach and brand awareness, facilitating Closeline's effective engagement with pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations seeking tailored sales training solutions. Jonathan also contributes to Closeline’s operational functions to support current clients as the agency quickly expands.
Jonathan is a published novelist and has written and directed several French and English plays. He has also produced and hosted various French and English-language radio shows, including a weekly talk show on UCY.TV. In his spare time, he currently supports various social media and marketing efforts for the local Charleston, SC charity www.iservewithjoy.org.
GC Lisanti - Director, Animation Studio
Giancarlo started his career at the age of 17 when he began designing and building websites for the companies of friends’ parents. After graduating Colorado University, Giancarlo was offered a full-time position at the medical marketing company AlphaMedica following completion of his internship. He quickly ascended to Art Director and eventually assumed all video animation responsibilities. In 2012, following his tenure at Alphamedica, Giancarlo ventured on his own working on projects for Konica-Minolta, Alcon, Bayer, the NHF Foundation, Novartis, and others.
